The Tuscarawas Access Grant is a campus-based award designed for middle income students who do not have enough to cover their tuition and books with their Pell Grant and Subsidized Direct Student Loans.
In order to qualify for a Tuscarawas Campus Grant students must be enrolled in at least 6 credits at Kent State University at Tuscarawas. Students must also generally have an EFC number of 4000 to 10000 as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Students with an EFC of zero DO NOT qualify for this grant. The maximum grant a student can receive for an academic year is $900 ($450 Fall/$450 Spring). Access Grants are not awarded during the summer semester. The number of Tuscarawas Grants per year is limited and grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
