"The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification at Kent State Tuscarawas, through the Office of Business and Community Services provided me with the priceless training that changed the way I looked at processes and data. In essence, it provided me with new eyes and a better way to care for my patients and the staff I serve at the hospital."
