Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training Offered
Posted Aug. 31, 2010Kent State University is offering Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification programs in fall of 2010. Lean Six Sigma tools can be used in your organization to eliminate waste, reduce variation in processes and eliminate defects. Lean Six Sigma is a business methodology that teaches your organization a new way to think about what you do every day in your work. It is a purposeful elimination of wasteful activities and can be deployed in every aspect of any organization. Lean Six Sigma includes a set of statistical tools to give practitioners data to make sound business decisions.
