St. Paul Lutheran is seeking an outgoing individual to direct and lead the youth programming for pre K through 12th grade. The position shall seek to plan and implement age appropriate activities for youth to include faith development, fellowship and fun. The applicant must have a commitment to Jesus Christ with a clear understanding of the Christian faith and a respect for the Lutheran perspective. Employment Tenure: Permanent, Part Time
Pay: Straight Commission. Rate to be determined based on candidate's qualifications.
Work Location: Remote; candidate may work from home with regular contact with employer and occasional meetings as necessary.
Necessary Qualifications: Fully functioning knowledge of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, Tumblr, MySpace, Stumbleupon, as well as good knowledge of basic website building, blogging and blog posting and the ability to locate and navigate targeted websites.

Knowledge of electronic publishing software such as Smashwords.
Desirable Interests:Knowledge of basic computer graphics a help but not essential. It will work to the advantage of both the employee and employer if the candidate possesses a real interest in books and the new world of electronic publishing.
Job Description: Format author's books for electronic publication ('e' books) and implement online promotional program to sell the books.

Medical Biller
Medical Biller with strong accounting background for long term care. Must be detailed, self-motivated and well-organized. Must have knowledge to process Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance claims.
Duties: Collects delinquent accounts by establishing payment arrangements with patients; monitoring payments; following up with patients when payment lapses occur.
· Utilizes collection agencies and small claims court to collect accounts by evaluating and selection collection agencies; determining appropriateness of pursuing legal remedies.
· Maintains Medicare bad-debt cost report by tracking billings; monitoring collections; compiling information.
· Initiates claims against estates by monitoring deaths and unpaid accounts; informing legal department to act on probate and estate issues; following up with Clerk of Courts.
